Official Note:An Official letter is a formal letter written by one Official to another Official or to the government ,semi-govt , Autonoumus,Semi-Autonomus bodies or private organisation.An Official letter maybe written by an Official to a non-Official ,from non- Official to an Official regarding any Official affair. In an Official letter , the designation with the name of the Office of the writer is used in the heading.In our country , Official letter are generally written their person and Govt. Offices , no salutation and complementary closing are used.
Uses of Official note: Official note is used for the following purposes:
1.Internally exchange of ideas.
2.Counselling of a particular matter.
3.put recommendation regarding particular issues
4.Giving information about some matter.
5.seeking suggestions from equal ranked Officers etc.
