3. Write a complain for shortage of weight.



Dear Sir,
Yesterday we received your consignment of jute against our order no.5 dated 10th of May 2018 and glad to say that the quality is satisfactory. We are very sorry , however, to infrom you that goods are found short in weight by half a maund.As the shortage is quite significant and the deficiency is too heavy to overlook.

 So, we request you to send us a credit note for TK.5000 as the value of the loss.
